1. Vehicle Inspection
   The Renter agrees to inspect the vehicle upon receipt and confirms that it is clean and in good condition. If the vehicle is returned unclean or has cigarette or other unacceptable odors, a fine ranging from AED 100 to AED 500 will apply, depending on the condition.

2. Return Condition
   The vehicle must be returned to Quick Drive Rent a Car in the same condition it was received, including all accessories (e.g., baby seat, GPS, Wi-Fi devices, etc.). Charges apply for any missing or damaged items.

3. Security Deposit
   A security deposit of AED 1,500 to AED 5,000 is required upon signing the agreement. The deposit will be refunded 25 days after the vehicle is returned, less any applicable deductions. The Renter is responsible for any bank charges related to the deposit refund.

4. Traffic Violations & Related Charges
   The Renter authorizes Quick Drive Rent a Car to deduct charges related to traffic violations, tolls, and any other applicable rental-related fees. Additional charges apply for black point violations.

5. Vehicle Recall
   Quick Drive Rent a Car reserves the right to recall the vehicle and cancel the agreement at any time. The Renter must comply with such requests.

6. Personal Belongings
   Quick Drive Rent a Car is not responsible for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

7. Geographical Restrictions
   The rented vehicle may only be driven within the United Arab Emirates.

8. Fuel Policy
   The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented. Refueling charges apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

9. Vehicle Responsibility
   The Renter is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is not damaged or tampered with. Charges will apply for any missing or damaged parts or components.

10. Rental Duration (Daily)
    Daily rental is calculated on a 24-hour basis from the time of vehicle pickup.

11. Rental Duration (Monthly)
    Monthly rental is based on a 30-day period.

12. Early Return – Monthly Rentals
    Early return cancels the monthly rate. The daily rate will apply, and any delivery/pick-up charges will be added.

13. Fines and Administration Fee
    The Renter must pay all fines within 24 hours of issuance, along with an AED 70 + 5% VAT administration fee per fine.

14. Invoices
    Invoices are available upon request.

15. Salik Charges
    Salik tolls will be charged at AED 6.10 per crossing.

16. Servicing
    Vehicles must be serviced every 10,000 km, every 6 months, or as indicated by the dashboard. The Renter must promptly notify Quick Drive Rent a Car.

17. Neglected Servicing
    If servicing is delayed and results in vehicle damage, the Renter will be liable for repair costs and daily rental charges during downtime.

18. Vehicle Breakdown
    In the event of a breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as possible.

19. Accident Liability Without Super Collision Damage Waiver
    If the Renter is at fault in an accident and has not purchased the Super Collision Damage Waiver, a deductible of AED 1,500 will apply.

20. Mandatory Police Report
    A police report is required for any accident, regardless of insurance coverage. To obtain a report, dial 999. Failure to submit a report makes the Renter liable for all repair and downtime costs.

21. Young Driver Policy
    If the Renter is under 25 or has held their license for less than a year and is at fault in an accident, an insurance excess of AED 2,500 to AED 7,000 and 25% of the repair costs will apply.

22. Minor Damage with Super Collision Damage Waiver
    For minor damages (e.g., scratches over 2 cm, dents larger than a 25 fils coin), a police report is mandatory. If the Super Collision Damage Waiver is purchased and a valid police report is submitted, the Renter will not be charged.

23. Total Loss Without Super Collision Damage Waiver
    If the vehicle is declared a total loss and the Renter has not purchased the Super Collision Damage Waiver, the Renter must pay 20% of the vehicle’s value in addition to excess fees.

24. Limitations of Super Collision Damage Waiver
    The Super Collision Damage Waiver does not cover windshields, tires, wheel covers, or tools. The Renter will bear the full cost of any such damage.

25. Damage Reporting
    Mechanical failures or damages must be reported immediately. The Renter is liable for any additional damage resulting from delayed reporting.

26. Flat Tire Policy
    The Renter must replace flat tires using the vehicle's spare. Misuse-related damage will be charged after inspection by Quick Drive Rent a Car’s fleet team.

27. Driving with a Flat Tire
    Operating the vehicle with a flat tire will result in full liability for repair costs. All issues must be reported immediately.

28. Prohibited Driving Behavior
    Off-road and reckless driving are prohibited. Insurance is void if this occurs, and the Renter will be responsible for all damages and downtime costs.

29. Unauthorized Repairs
    Repairs by third parties are not allowed without prior written approval from Quick Drive Rent a Car.

30. Lost Keys
    Lost key charges range from AED 1,000 to AED 3,000 depending on vehicle category.

31. Authorized Drivers Only
    Only drivers named in the agreement may operate the vehicle. If an unauthorized driver causes an accident, the Renter will be fully liable, even with a valid police report. In case of total loss, the Renter must pay 20% of the vehicle’s value, or the full value if no police report is submitted.

32. Driving Under the Influence
    If an accident occurs while the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the Renter must cover full repair costs and daily rental charges. In case of total loss, the Renter must pay the full vehicle value.

33. Insured Driving Areas
    The vehicle is only insured for use on paved roads within the UAE.

34. Vehicle Impoundment
    If the vehicle is impounded due to a legal violation, the Renter will be responsible for all impound fees and daily rental charges during the impoundment period.

35. Vehicle Repossession
    Quick Drive Rent a Car is authorized to repossess the vehicle in cases of non-payment, abandonment, or other violations. The Renter waives the right to file a complaint in such instances.

36. Illegal Substances
    If the police discover illegal substances in the vehicle, Quick Drive Rent a Car holds no responsibility. The Renter assumes full liability.

37. Mileage Limits
    Daily Rentals: 250 km per day. Additional kilometers will be charged at AED 0.50 per km.
    Monthly Rentals: 5,000 km per month. Additional kilometers will be charged at AED 0.50 per km.

38. Early Return – Daily Rentals
    No refunds will be issued for early return. A credit note (valid for 60 days) will be provided instead. Delivery and pick-up fees may still apply.

39. Early Return – Monthly Rentals
    If returned early, the monthly rate will be void and daily rates will apply. No refunds will be issued; a credit note for the remaining balance (valid for 60 days) will be provided.
