A pre-authorisation is taken from the hirer’s credit card at the time of rental. The pre-authorisation amount is AED 1500. We keep the pre-authorisation amount for up to 30 days until we receive late traffic fines and Salik updates from the Road and Transport Authorities (RTA) of Dubai.

In case of cash:
The deposit will be held for up to 30 days until we receive late traffic fines and Salik updates from the Road and Transport Authorities (RTA) of Dubai. After that period, the amount will be transferred back to the customer’s account or refunded via Western Union.

Insurance Excess

Deductible amount charged where the hirer is at fault or provided a police report under a hit-and-run case: AED 1500 or zero in case of Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW).

Purchased Insurance Rate: Price Daily AED 25 per day, weekly AED 25 per day, and monthly AED 250 per month. A police report is required in case of an accident.

Insurance is not valid if the driver’s name is not mentioned in the agreement. The hirer will pay the full repair cost, garage rent, plus 10% of the new car value in case of an accident.

The hirer is liable to pay AED 1500 as an insurance excess amount in case of fault or damage caused to the car by an unknown party. This applies even for minor scratches or small dents.

In the case of SCDW purchased insurance, the excess is NILL (Zero).
